I brought my 80 year old father from Kenton for a fasting annual appointment after having 2 stents in his heart and due to traffic/ detours we arrive late, after I called office and got directions, they refused to see him. I understand timing. But he is elderly, doesn’t drive, and I live 2+ hours away. Not a very compassionate thing to do. He will not be returning.
