Had an appointment. Mistakenly went to ACMC rather than the new office. When made aware that she was across the street I went there only to be told because I was 11 minutes late that she couldn't see me. One of the women waiting to see her had an appointment at 4:15, it was 4:55 and she was still waiting, that's a full 40 minutes past her appointment. My time is valuable also as is everyone elses.
