Everything was fine. The only issue was that nobody told me that I would have to pay before I came back to pick up my glasses, even with my insurance. I would have given 5 stars if this was explained to me before my visit. Update on review. Even though I never chose to purchase my eyeglasses from there, they still billed my insurance. Now I'm being charged for Eyewear that I didn't receive.... CAUTION!!! That was 2024 and in 2025 they are still trying to charge me $800
Jennifer, Kayla, and Payten made me feel welcome, gave great personal service and showed that they really cared about me and my eyesight needs. Would recommend this staff 1000%.
Everyone was so friendly. The experience was wonderful. The doctor was terrific. Would definitely go back and recommend to anyone needing an eye exam.
