They put the wrong contacts on my prescription. I didn’t order contacts at the time so I didn’t notice the error. They wouldn’t add the correct contacts without charging an additional ~$100 for another contact fitting (which is a scam in the first place). When I stopped in to have the prescription corrected, the Dr. scurried off to the back before I could even finish explaining my story and left the receptionist to clean up the mess. Needless to say, she didn’t. One and done at this place. Onto the next.

I’ve never worn contacts before and it took a few trys but the associates were patient and helpful and now I love wearing my new contacts!
