She is very knowledgeable and very thorough with your medical records before you even come in. She is a Doctor Who cares more about the quality of your life than the quantity. She is sending me to a specialist in Westchester to see what he can do to help. She went through every image. I had all the way back to 2018 maybe further to look at the different bones that I have either injured or have some type of device holding them together in which they had nothing to do with my neck or spine. Dr. smail was very thorough in her assessment of my husband‘s back. She provided excellent care and explanation of his condition and treatment. Her bedside manner is Superb. Would highly recommend her.

Dr Smail is absolutely amazing. I am without back pain for the first time in decades. She did only what was absolutely necessary- not just cutting - and made the recovery process smooth and itself painless. Followup appointments were quick with the Nurses and PA efficient and ready with answers to questions - obviously caring. If there was any negative, it was the time it took her office staff to get the paperwork to Sedgwick for my FMLA and Temporary Disability. There, I feel they let her down.
