I asked Dr. Sidman about options for weight-loss and was blown away by how rude she was to me. She took over 15 minutes to tell me I was stealing time and medicine from people with diabetes (what??? I'm not on medicine for this), asked me three times why I like to yo-yo in weight (which, obviously, is not a real question, no one likes to yo-yo and I never said I did), and to tell me her own weight loss experiences (when of course a doctor should talk about the science of weight loss, not her own personal anecdotes).
