Thank you, Dr. Shaw for making a doctor's visit fun. My teen son hates them and you put him at ease with your easy conversation, jokes and personal touch. You appreciated him for who he is and spoke to him like a human being. Thank you for the gift of being seen. It matters a lot to this mom!
My primary of 8 years moved and she filled in. Told me not accepting patients due to going thru divorce and usually work from home. Halfway thru med refill portion of physical suddenly stated “This is taking too long. You’ll have to reschedule”. Then coded annual wellness visit so that all labs were out of pocket & visit was suddenly over $300.
