Dr. Shade was ill-tempered, unprofessional, negative, unopinionated when I asked for her medical opinion, and completely unhelpful. Her staff was great (minus one of them at the front), but I won't be returning and I won't be trusting the doctor anymore that made this referral! Also, at the front desk they didn't offer me any eye protection after being dilated and told me to go find a business card on a table when I asked for a referral—yes, when I couldn't see. Dr. Shade and her staff were very professional and nice. The only thing that bothered me was my first visit was for optic neuritis and Dr shade checked the wrong eye and went with what a different doctor at another facility said that visit took about 4 hours. Once I told her she looked in the wrong eye she checked the correct eye and still had the same diagnosis. My second visit still for optic neuritis just about 3 months later she checked my wrong eye AGAIN! This time I didn't say anything and left with out making another ... read more
