We had an appointment scheduled. According to someone else in the building Jennifer Semmes had moved locations. This was not communicated to us and none of our calls were taken. It’s not worth scheduling an appointment with someone who will ghost you when you’re already in a strained relationship. Do yourself a favor and book an appointment with an actual professional.
My experience with Jennifer Semmes is that she is dishonest and unethical. She is contracted with my insurance provider (Cigna) and when my wife and I met with her, she stated that she would not submit the insurance claim because "its a pain dealing with insurance companies" but she could provide us with a "super bill" which we could submit to our insurance ourselves for reimbursement.
