I do not recommend renting from Jennifer Penchas My experience was extremely frustrating. The AC unit was broken for over a year and never repaired, despite repeated requests. Other maintenance issues were also ignored. Communication was poor to nonexistent—getting any response was nearly impossible. After moving out, the landlord refused to return my security deposit, even though the property was left in good condition. This is not only unprofessional but also a violation of Texas rental laws.
