I had a well-woman appointment with RN Jennifer Schwertner (License #RN3362482). Despite arriving early, I waited nearly an hour without any explanation. During the visit, I shared recent serious cardiac concerns that had been treated and diagnosed elsewhere. She dismissed them and told me to ask other doctors, rather than addressing the concern. I went in for a physical on Jan 30th and my provider, Jennifer Schwertner, recommended that I get a tetanus shot. I agreed and the medical assistant completed the injection incorrectly, either hitting a nerve or injecting it into the incorrect muscle. The next day I gained a frozen shoulder and I was unable to move my left arm. It did not show any improvement after a week.
