She does anything Necessary for patients needs and health care concerns ...She listens she doesn't just agree with whatever you are saying "effective communication"the nurses that work with her are amazing ppl as well ...It's because of her my Dad has a great second chance at life..
While the service isn't bad, you can never get them on the phone to arrange anything. It goes to voice-mail to which I never get a reply. You have to physically go there just the get a question answered.
