I met with Ms. Santos twice, virtually by Zoom. She was a court ordered "therapist" for my ex husband and our two children. My ex had claimed parental alienation, when in fact, our children had issues with him because of his narcissistic behaviors. Ms. Santos was rude, condescending and had an unfair, biased attitude and demeanor towards me. Stay away from this therapist if you care about your children and yourself!

I was court-ordered to attend joint sessions with my ex-wife and a psychotherapist, supposedly to help us understand our struggles and work toward a balanced child custody arrangement. Instead, it turned into a nightmare. This therapist completely failed in her role as a neutral, supportive professional. She took sides, attacked my character, and made an already difficult situation unbearable. She’s awesome. Highly recommend. Strong, direct, helpful, encouraging, the list goes on. Very thankful to have her apart of my custody battle.

Unprofessional & Ineffective Ms. Santos came highly recommended as a Co-parent Counselor but the experience has been beyond disappointing. She is not helpful, her attitude is laid bare as she is rude, unprofessional, and has the tendency to exhibit clear bias. This counselor is truly the worst out there. She's more worried about her Payment up front then anything. She doesn't show up for an appointment that she makes.
