The women working front desk at this establishment are rude and unhelpful. I called their office requesting that they send me my patient information. They refused to do so saying it had been over a year since my last appointment and they refused to give it to me without making another appointment. I told them I moved away and I won't be able to visit them again, I just wanted my patient information.
