Jen helped my wife and me purchase a home in Lakewood Ranch a year ago. This is the second review I've written for her. We've owned our home for almost a year now and Jen still checks in with us regularly. We just saw her today. With Jen, it's more about a relationship than a transaction. She is regularly checking to ensure we're happy and to see if there's anything she can do to assist us. Jen is a VERY good realtor and she works tirelessly on behalf of her clients. We recommend her highly, and without reservation.
Highly recommend Jennifer as she is professional, attentive, and knowledgable. She sold our house in a changing market, kept us informed, and stayed positive along the way. Jennifer shared her contacts for related "home sale" services which was also very helpful. You're getting the best when you work with Jennifer!
Jennifer Russo is an amazing insurance professional. As out of-state buyers, we knew very little about the Lakewood Ranch area. Jennifer took the time to show us several properties on two separate house hunting trips. She even set up a remote Facetime video walk-through of a few homes when we were out-of-state. She is very caring, responsive and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend Jennifer for anyone who is looking for a great Realtor.
