Wasn't really helpful at all
We hired this company in July of 2014 to manage our rental property in Douglas.Things seemed fine for a couple of years. A new tenant signed the lease in July this year and immediately started having issues ,mostly the hot water.Things got bad enough that my wife had to fly to Juneau to sort things out .Upon in inspection of the house there was damages that were not reported on final walk throughs and unauthorized repairs .Look for a different company to do business with, they do not return calls ,will ignore you and just ma... read more
