Dr. Rivera is awesome, thorough , and takes her time talking to me, asking me questions and answering mine. and follows up when she has concerns! She is a wonderful Dr. And I recommend her to everyone looking for excellent care. And her staff is friendly and healpful as well.
I feel that Dr. Rivera not only listens , she also hears. I am comfortable with her presence and confident with her abilities.
She is easy to talk to and and takes her time. I appreciate that.
I felt she was in a rush to leave and didn't listen to my concerns.I felt very uncomfortable with this Doctor and not confident in her skills or ability to communicate directly with me. She appeared arrogant and judgmental and made no attempt to talk to me or put me at ease.Expected Standard of Care sorely lacking. Compassion is non existent for patients welfare and quality of life.
