Dr. Rippy is simply amazing! I've used her for years and she's always very kind and extremely thorough. She doesn't make you feel rushed like she has other places to be. My last appointment did not go as planned (not her fault at all) and her and her nurse were the ABSOLUTE BEST!!! I cannot say enough nice things about her. 10/10
I was with Dr. Rippy from the time I was 15/16 until I aged out at 25. I loved her and her staff so much! They put up with me rescheduling appointments around school and work. She was upfront and transparent about every procedure big or small. She made me feel comfortable and the biggest plus for me was she didn’t talk too much either. I miss her being my obgyn so don’t take it for granted! Lol
Jennifer Rippy is a wonderful, caring NP. However I had an appointment on July 5, 2022 and was greeted by the rudest front desk receptionist. Have no clue what her name is because they do not have name tags at the desk. She was rude, didn’t ask if any of my info had changed besides my insurance. I do not appreciate being treated like this. And if it continues I will find somewhere else to be seen. I meant to address it with Mrs Rippy but forgot. And I added a photo of my view.
