Jennifer was fantastic the entire process. After 7 months working with her and on multiple houses we finally closed on a property. We came in contact with Jennifer when we were trying to sell a property in Maine. Jennifer had much knowledge of the area and helped us in listing the property for a fair market price. The sale went so well that we ended up listing a second piece of property that sold quickly. Any time we contacted Jennifer she always was there to help if we could not reach her she always got back to us in a reasonable amount of time. I would highly recommend Jennifer!

It was a great pleasure working with Jennifer. She really went above and beyond not only looking at properties for us (we live in Texas) and giving us her critique of the properties but also meeting a site excavator at two properties to get some idea of the cost to excavate. She was always honest and professional and answered all questions we had. We had quite an adventure and obstacles to overcome until we finally found our spot.
