Dr Rau is wonderful, she has taken care of my kitties and has a very gentle way even with my Calico Tootsie who doesn’t like to be held or picked up, or given meds by mouth, I had to make sure it was my cat! Tootsie just let Dr Rau do the exam, her shots and was just so sweet and not the same kitty I knew at home. She took care of my sick one when I was out of the state, and called me once or twice a day to let me know how Scooter was doing.
