I went to Jennifer with high hopes, asking her to dye my hair a rich chocolate brown and even showed her the inspiration photo (left). Unfortunately, the result looked nothing like what I asked for (right). I went to Jennifer with high hopes asking her to make my hair chocolate brown showing her the inspo photo on the left. She dyed my hair and it turned out to be the photo on the right. I was really disappointed and she said ok well I can wash it with clarifying shampoo this is what you asked for but as you can see it’s not. The clarifying shampoo did nothing.
