Jennifer did everything that needed to be done to sell the house. From the photographs, telling us what needed to painted and other items that help sell the house. She rearranged furniture, pictures and other items in the house. She even helped the other realtor through the process of doing her job. Jennifer Polansky is the very best realtor that anyone could ever have to represent them while staging, showing, preparing for pictures and selling any home. She is incredibly gifted with her ability to artfully convey all aspects of each phase of selling a home. Jennifer was always available at anytime for every question we had in this process. Jen is the realtor everyone needs! She goes above and beyond for her clients. In our case, she helped us with the sale of our first home. We were leary about selling in this market, but had little to no choice due to a job relocation. I sent her an inquiry, on a holiday weekend, and she was literally at our house within the hour, to see it and give suggestions on preparing it for pictures and showings.
