No working air conditioning unit for over a month in August with an apartment that traps heat, was able to prevent death of cat with purchasing small air conditioner for our bedroom. Bathtub smelled of mold and was unsealed. Bedroom had mold behind the paint on one of the walls, had gotten sick because of it. During my stay I have seen and killed at least 50 cockroaches and had seen several adults with egg sacks with one hatching in the bathroom. RENTERS BE AWARE!!!! This place is very very poorly operated and managed. I would not recommend this place to anyone at all. Definitely do your homework first.
Finally have ppl in the office & maintenance who are actually getting things done
