Jennifer was on point in her estimation of our property's market value, which became instrumental on selling our house quickly. The transaction and paperwork process was smooth and we were able to do the closing online in under 20mins. She mostly communicated through my husband or quick text messages, so the communication channel was open but it was very impersonal. She was responsive which I appreciated.

We recently sold our house and we interviewed a lot of real estate agents. During our interviews other realtors would ask who were talking to and they all mentioned Jennifer's name and that she "owns the market". After meeting with her, it was clear she did in fact "own the market". Jennifer's communication was exceptional, she actioned quickly to any steps needed but remained open to our changes and questions.
