Jennifer is wonderful. She listens to myself and my children when we talk. She has done a great job monitoring me for skin cancer. Can’t say enough great things about her and her staff.
Jenn is the best! She's super knowledgeable and has a great bedside manner. The only downside is the on the phone schedulers. They are short, rude and downright unfriendly to speak with. Anytime I try to get more information I'm stonewalled they won't send me to a medical assistant, it's just a pain in the butt.
I have been a patient of Jennifer Phillips for years and have received excellent service from her. Now I can't even speak to someone in her office. I was transfered from one place to another. When I told the last person that I spoke with that I didn't appreciate not being able to speak to that office directly, she hung up on me. So, if you want a good dermatologist and don't care if she's hard to get hold of, I recommend her.
