I was referred to Dr Phan for an abcess in my throat in the ER and when I had to have it drained she was not in the office so Dr Zolfchek drained it. I had to have it drained again and Dr Brunn was in so he drained it. I had many issues which Dr Phan was never in the office for. When I called to schedule an appointment with Dr Phan, whom I was referred to to begin with, I was told I could not due to the fact I had seen other Dr 's previously which was not my choice. Very disheartening!
My daughter had Her tonsils and adenoids removed by Dr. Phan in Kokomo and she did an AMAZING job. My daughter never had any issues with the whole process of consultation, surgery and recovery! Healed beautifully. Thank you for taking amazing care of my baby girl!! She’s a spicy 10 year old, but we love her and she’s going to feel SO MUCH better, she already does! 🥹 Thank you Thank you!! And Thank you to her amazing team!! All VERY kind!
