Terrible experience. Unkind, rude, unprofessional. Complete lack of empathy. Rushes appointments. Told me there was no cure to my condition, didn’t refer out to a specialist. I consulted with cardiology where they addressed my concerns.
I am 75 years old. In my entire life I have never had a better health practitioner then Jennifer Peterson. She is knowledgeable and actually cares about her patients. I highly recommend her.
I went for annual visit and was billed for additional items as the conversation changed to a more personal area...chit chatting. Not acceptable. Not a doctor issue...but the office misbilled something and had yet to be resolved.... No discussion about any of my bloodwork, etc. at the visit.?.?
I had my first appt with Jennifer today and I actually felt like I was heard. I left there feeling good, feeling that I am cared about and not just another appointment.
