Avoid. Very disappointing experience. I was billed for lenses I never received. I called twice to ask about my glasses, and both times staff said they were still being processed. After three weeks, I called again and was finally told the lab couldn’t make the lenses because my frame didn’t have demo lenses. Later, I found out my insurance benefits for both lenses and contacts had been used. Staff insisted they didn’t bill and told me someone would call me back — but no one ever did. Dr Wang is an outstanding doctor and has treated my eye stye, and allergies both expertly on different visits. She is friendly, and always spends time to ascertain the problem before giving prescription.
PLEASE READ I've been going to ophthalmologists my whole life. In 4 countries and had two cornea transplants. I know what I'm talking about. My opinion about this place: # Is not reliable. The prescription they gave me is wrong. I mean VERY WRONG. It's just unbelievable. Axis came from 5 to 155 degrees. Cylindrical was -4.50 and they gave me a +4.00.
