I visited Dr. Chan as a new patient. She was very kind and professional. I wouldn’t say she’s incredibly personable, but I did not feel rushed and she took her time and we talked about what we needed to. She referred me to a specialist to discuss birth control even further, as I want quite ready to make a decision in that moment. I was not given a office appointment with this doctor and I did not ask her to involve herself with me when I knew I was with a doctor already. I did not know if I was with another doctor or not and did not understand the unprofessional test paperwork I was sent in the mail either. Well, Dr. Chan you got into my health insurance now give me what the (2) test you took are stating and tell me exactly why you needed with me when I know I was assigned a doctor and did not as for a appointment with you ever.
