I have anxiety at doctor appointments. Jennifer Ott was compassionate, kind, and went the extra mile to make me comfortable. She was VERY caring to my specific needs and anxiety. She explained everything well and even gave me a hug. You can't get nicer!!

I had been going to the same Dr for years previously who seemed to not care personally for her patients, so finally switching care was necessary but nerve wrecking. Dr. Ott was so so sweet from the second she walked in to the room and immediately went for making a personal connection. She took the time to not only ask about previous experiences but also just be thorough in the appointment. Jennifer talked me through everything and explained everything. Her bedside manner was really refreshing. I am glad to have found her!
