My kid had a seizure and went to the er and we still can't get in for a follow up. It is impossible to get in to see dr Norman. She has rescheduled 4 out of our five appointments in the past two years.
The front desk staff is horribly inadequate. They have no knowledge of bedside manner, insurance, or scheduling. While the doctor may be great, I couldn't get the gal on the phone to do the task of setting an appointment!
Awesome ! I went to my friend's appointment for her child. I never take the time to provide feedback on a doctor visit. This one well deserves it! This doctor is quite knowledgeable, listens well and made the parent feel comfortable in asking questions. Not a snooty white coat doctor. Very kind and sympathetic to our needs.
Will never see her again, she does not tolerate any patient parents that disagree with her!!!!!
Dr Norman and her staff have provided my son the best care I have ever experienced. My son had up to 70 seizures per day with his disorder. Dr norman spends as much time as is needed explaining the situation to my wife and I. She also has the uncanny ability to calm parents while still being frank about the situation. Thanks to Dr Norman's dillegence my son has been seizure free for 2 months. Dr Noeman has been a god send to our family!
