I saw Dr. Newton after being transferred by ambulance to UT Health from Hospitality ER. I had an ovarian cyst rupture and it caused internal bleeding. My situation was definitely considered a bit uncommon. Dr. Newton visited me while I was in one of the ER rooms. The first thing I noticed was her bedside manner. Dr. Jennifer Newton is an amazing doctor and always show that she hears and understand her patient. She is very personable and truly cares.
Dr Newton delivered my son and took excellent care of me throughout my pregnancy and postpartum. I had severe postpartum anxiety in the weeks following delivery and she helped me through it. I felt supported by her and Dr Elliott. I would highly recommend Dr Newton. She has been a lifeline for me. I always feel seen and heard by her. She is professional but warm and compassionate. Her optimistic personality has helped me so much.
