My wife and I had annual exam at this office. First of all, I was amazed by punctuality of this office. Never before I ever had seen this kind of promptness to see the doctor. NO WAIT. This reflects how our time is valued. Staff behind the desk was very friendly, pleasant and helpful. Least or none of paperwork. A great culture there! Feels just like a family. Going from Louis at the front desk that always has a jovial attitude, to Yola the most authentic and caring nurse and Dr. Neumann who is a great listener and always willing to go out of her way to help you. I am thankful for them!
Dr Neumann was highly recommended to me. She is very attentive, listens closely and is warm and compassionate. I am a senior with muliple chronic illnesses (and experience with NJ Healthcare) and consider myself to be most fortunate to have found Dr Neumann.
Editing to add that her entire team is awesome, especially the nurse who works with her - she is kind and compassionate, and always answers my questions knowledgeably and understandably. That's the best doctor I've ever encountered. I've been her patient for 2 years and she has always been so kind, knowledgeable and compassionate. She makes me feel special, heard and understood. I love Dr. Neumann and I wish all the doctors were like her.
