I love NP Jennifer Dowdy. She cares and listens. I can ask any questions. Really feel like she spends time making sure everything is good. Responds to messages quickly.
I need to take the time to brag on Jennifer and her nurse Tasha! I was not asked to do this review. She is by far the best PCP I’ve ever had! She is incredibly kind, gentle, and knowledgeable. She never rushes, and truly makes me feel cared for. I have had an extremely stressful past year, and it’s taken a toll on my body. I couldn’t have gotten through it without her. TLDR: Jennifer is the best primary care provider. You will have access to her knowledge and can even email concerns and hear back within a day or so. Knowledge of a doctor, bedside manner of a nurse. I have never been so impressed or felt so comfortable with my health provider. Jennifer is wonderful. She addressed all my concerns. The entire office makes you feel at ease. Recommend highly.
They denied my BLOOD PRESSURE refill today when there is a hurricane on its way because I have not visited them since 2022. I have not visited because I feel like they didn’t truly care about my wellbeing. I had just had cancer surgery, not working, no insurance, having to pay out of pocket for visits and when I expressed concerns about my health I was told to go get lab work done.
