I have never been happier with my nails. The people are very gentle and yet I am always finished much quicker than I was where I went before changing to Jennifer Nails.
Got them done yesterday and two is about to fall off and it looks like they already need refilled. Lady at table 3 was in a hurry and didn’t care one bit. All of them are not smooth and look so bad!!
Having been going here for over 10 years I absolutely hate the fact that i even want to leave a negative review. I went in July and received the pedicure with the cream paint and asked if she could take the paint further back, she said she would get it on the second coat, the picture is AFTER the second coat. I asked to remove the paint altogether, paid, tipped, and left unpainted. I went in today hoping for a different outcome, thinking maybe it was just an off day. It was the same woman. Worst manicure I’ve ever received. My nails are not smooth. Not shiny. Not even painted evenly. Will never go back. Rude worker.
