The ladies are friendly and very helpful and my new policy for homeowners and auto insurance was reasonable, and they are centrally located in Davenport, just before the bridge and the old McDonald's building when you turn right onto George Washington BLVD & then turn into the next parking lot on the left. It was easy to find and easy to switch, when my old insurance went way up this year! I’m happy I switched!
It is often difficult to talk to Jennifer directly. My requests are often fielded by someone else and I choose not to speak with them because they are not as friendly and forthright when answering my questions.
Jennifer is an awesome agent! I came from Wisconsin to Davenport. She took care of everything made me feel welcome, gave me the best rate & has treated me with great care with any questions or concerns I've had. Everyone in her office is fantastic & knowledgeable of anything you need to know. If not, they'll get the answer. I love having her as my agent. Her & Cindy are awesome!

I've dealt with Jennifer's agency exclusively on the phone and online, Working with them has been very easy, and I got the insurance best for my wife and I. I don't think there is a way to make dealing with insurance easier or more pain-free. I'm glad we made the switch.
