Dr.Mullen and staff are personable and kind. Both of my children are her patients. On separate visits Dr.Mullen’s interactions with the kids made me comfortable to trust that they are in good hands. She listened to health concerns, answered my questions, came up with a health plan for said concerns, and spent an appropriate amount of time with us that didn’t feel rushed. I would recommend Dr.Mullen to anyone as a great pediatrician.
Amazing!!!! Love her she was so attentive she didn’t look at me like my questions were over asked she was amazing with my new born she was great!! Best decision ever!
I took my daughter to Dr. Mullen. Bad bedside manner. Very unprofessional. I was very sick and went to the hospital I had pneumonia and sepsis. She didn't want to give me kids any antibiotics! She agreed with my husband. With my kids in the room! Then lied about it. I was on the phone the whole time. No I don't trust her or memorial hermann any more. I will NEVER go to a memorial hermann anything again. I told my family and friends to stay away from MH at all cost. To bad 1 bad apple ruined it for al of them!
Dr. Mullen is truly amazing! She is always so kind, patient, and caring with my kids. What I appreciate most is how she takes the time to explain everything to them in a way they understand, makes them feel comfortable, and genuinely listens to their feelings. Whenever I have a question or concern, she always takes the time to answer and explain everything so thoroughly. I never feel rushed or dismissed.
