Very money hungry. The straw that broke the monkeys back and my decision to leave her as my pcp. She always wanted to make me see her every 3 months to refilled my high blood pressure meds. I didnt like having to make that commitment, but I went along with it. Fast forward 8 years later. TL;DR I went out of my way to find a Black woman healthcare provider so that I would be truly heard and ended up getting yelled at and gaslit by someone who misrepresents their credentials. While getting an actual appointment was a nightmare, I initially really liked Dr Jennifer Muhammad upon meeting her. During her introduction, she told me that even though she has 700 patients she gives each of them time and care and listens to them. I can't say that I have had very many testimonials when it comes to doctors. In all actuality I was not a fan of doctors. They have not had a good report with me in my lifetime. I've been told things that were untrue and just lead astray . By non-caring Doctors that were Processing people like numbers as though they weren't human beings. No time to explain no time to help you understand what's going on. Very money hungry and condescending. In the online visit she was nice. However in our next visit in person she was rude and condescending. Her receptionist (her son) gave me the wrong info about the cost of my appointment. She then bullied me into her 90 dollars subscription. Instead of being apologetic about providing me the wrong info she decided to argue back and forth with me. Please trust this review. Don’t go. You get smiles at first but this is truly a business and nothing more. Money comes before quality care.
