HIGHLY recommend! If you’re willing to put in the work she will guide you to a better way and a better place. If you’re going as a couple she makes both parties feel very welcome and very comfortable especially if one person in the couple is resistant. i’ve also referred her to multiple individuals for various reasons as well. One of those friends remarked that her referral to Jen M was the best gift she’s ever received.

Without a doubt Jen is among the most well-trained and ethical psychotherapy practitioners in the Triangle, particularly with couples. Having earned rigorous post-graduate certifications in both the Gottman Method to Couples Therapy and Emotionally Focused Therapy, clients are in very competent and capable hands with Jen.
