I was always experiencing severe pain episodes randomly and issues with my periods. It took 2 years for us to investigate the issue. I came in (Chagrin Falls location) to see Dr. Miller after an ovarian cyst rupture with ongoing cramping and painful, heavy periods. I made it clear I did not want to be put on birth control and was looking for support beyond that. From the moment she started speaking to me, her energy was cold and dismissive. Dismissed every symptom I had at 38 weeks pregnant, from blurred speech and vision to hypertension readings. Stated my story kept changing after every question when I was trying to remember my symptoms over the last two weeks while dealing with a three day head ache. Told me I was taking to much Tylenol than prescribed me Tylenol that I HAD to take before leaving L & D. Worst experience I’ve had with an on call OBGYN.
I’ve been going to Dr.Miller for several years now. She has always been attentive to my needs and always takes her time to listen. I highly recommend her!
This doctor is literally the worst individual I have ever had the pleasure of meeting. I’d just moved to town in 2020, and needed a new OB. My previous doctor had finally referred me to a specialist to get my chronic pelvic pain figured out, but that specialist closed down during COVID and they didn’t provide clear notes of next steps.
