Loyal customers are not valued here I’ve shopped at Jennifer Miller’s West Palm Beach store for several years now and recently had a very eye-opening and unpleasant experience there. I tried to return a piece that I purchased at the West Palm Beach store the day after I bought it. I was told that returns are for exchange or store credit only. Jennifer was in the store the day I visited. I love her style and have shopped in person as well as on line. I could wear her fabulous pieces everyday.
