Dr Miller came to our community to speak about hearing loss and complications related to it. I set up an appointment, had a hearing exam, discussed the results. Dr. Miller fitted me with Oticon hearing aids that have changed my life. I received them 5 days after my first visit and the quality of the devices are wonderful. I had my follow-up visit today and learned that the 3 year warranty will cover battery replacements for an additional 6 years and will only cost $100.00 after year 6. Went to see Dr Miller to help with my hearing needs and was blown away by her professionalism. I thought I needed Two hearing aids and was prepared to purchase them and after her evaluation and treatment I did not need hearing aids after all. Not many places would be so honest and caring as Dr Jennifer Miller was. Glad I sought out a Doctor to take care of my hearing needs. I was told by a strip mall store that I needed aids, clearly all they wanted was my money. Thank you Dr. Miller and staff.
Dr. Miller is the Best Audiologist, I would recommend her to any of my friends and family members. If you need help hearing, Dr. Miller is the only person I would trust to make it happen.
