horrible … They continue to upgrade other apartments near but won’t update anything in my apartment . The walls are thin so prepare to wake up to hear loud music and loud kids in the morning running around stomping ! … It’s not a peaceful area and the gates never work majority of the time . Ceiling leaks & no kitchen light anymore and the reason for them not fixing it because they don’t carry that specific ceiling light so which goes back to me having old apartment !!

I had a great experience Mrs.sherita leasing agent very helpful since I move in no problem.i only had problems gnats but that’s easy to get rid of .my washing couldn’t get hook up from cold side so maintenance came out fix it same day .my apartment is nice might not be luxury but it’s nice but go see sharita and Mrs.Linda

Don’t do it This was by far the worst experiences I had living in Memphis. The Maintence team were so rude and horrible the older guy hung up in my face one time I was out of town enjoying the holidays and had a flood. There was mold and they moved me into an apartment with no heat. The Maintence team would come into your apartment and turn the security cameras off and steal documents and spread information. They lied and tried to evict me and said they didn’t the funds but the checks were processed and cleared. They were cl... read more

Need Fix gate n floor very noisy plus this have been broken for a month in snow storm and on rainy days they want to charge us a thousand dollars to live here I found a place 4 bedroom 2 bathroom for less then rent here worst place to live then office never there or maintenance when it rain it floods the sewers
