Bad Security They Tow Your Car For Nothing Lady In The Office Very Rude If Your Looking To Stay In These Overpriced Overrated Apartments Please Save Your Money And Look Else Where
I wouldn’t recommend this apartment complex to a dog! They are so rude and non sympathetic! I informed them someone broke into my apartment and I wanted to break my lease. I was told I’ll still have to pay for April, 10 days in May, and $1,800 of a buy out fee. I didn’t have the money so we stuck here until our lease is up. I even asked for a discount and I was told there won’t be any discounts giving. And I respond even after you all failed to keep us safe. I was told it’s not their responsibility to keep us safe. Such a bad experience. Recently just moved into an apartment.. Roach infested.. coming out the back of refrigerator. out of cracks and crevices. Window in bedroom cracked and broken so breeze coming in… shower head hanging out wall. balcony door doesn’t slide.. horrible smell. no stink stoppers and so much more. Was told there was another apartment available to move into.. from that day forward I haven’t heard a single word. No answers when you call main office. no response to emails. horrible … They continue to upgrade other apartments near but won’t update anything in my apartment . The walls are thin so prepare to wake up to hear loud music and loud kids in the morning running around stomping ! … It’s not a peaceful area and the gates never work majority of the time . Ceiling leaks & no kitchen light anymore and the reason for them not fixing it because they don’t carry that specific ceiling light so which goes back to me having old apartment !!
