Jennifer Marquis is an outstanding listing agent who is passionate about and highly skilled in making real estate transactions flow smoothly. She is a lucid communicator, transparent, detail-oriented and thorough. She is also proactive, hard-working and innovative; she even generated a floor plan for our listing. I am a mortgage lender and have worked with Jen on a couple of deals now for first-time homebuyers and in both cases, she absolutely blew me away with how much she put into the transaction.
