I loved Dr. Smith. I found her to be very capable and my appointments to be smooth and easy. However, the way that she held my heart medications hostage, without refills, in order to make sure that I would re-schedule was dangerous and expensive for me when I had to go to clinics for refills. Jennifer Smith is absolutely wonderful! She takes her time listening to her patients—for example: I messaged her and her nurse Melissa-and they got back to me in less than an hour! I was able to message back and forth with her and her nurse regarding a pretty intense medical issue I was experiencing and they ordered tests ASAP and talked me through what steps I needed to take immediately — they both were so kind and really helped me get through this difficult situation—I could go on and on—I would recommend Jennifer, Melissa... read more
