I've very recently established care with Dr. Owens. I am pretty particular when choosing a new primary doctor, and I'm very pleased with our first meeting! Dr. Owens was thorough, compassionate, professional, kind, and very responsive to all of my concerns. I did not feel rushed at any time. She answered all of my questions, addressed all of my issues, and made future treatment plans that suited my needs perfectly. The staff I dealt with were all polite and nice. I took time off work for two separate appointments and both times there was issues. The first time it was the lab did have my labs for my blood work so I took a hold day off for nothing. The second took a full day off for an appointment, got there and was told my doctor called out. No one contacted me to reschedule and let me know my doctor had called out.
I am a new patient. First visit l would rate as excellent. The staff are very friendly and I was seen in a timely manner. The facility was clean and well organized. The nurse was very friendly and took all my information and past medical history. Dr. Owen was very friendly also and listened and spent a quality amount of time with me. Doctor Owen is one of the best primary care physicians I’ve had. She listens, helps formulate a treatment plan that is supportive of your lifestyle and responds to your questions, taking time to explain things to you, I highly recommend her.
