Kind of a mixed review. My surgeon did a good job of explaining what my surgery would entail, and letting me know how it went. But post-op follow up has been a Kafkaesque nightmare. Scheduled post-op visits with physician assistants get rescheduled at the last minute or moved between offices or PAs. Phone calls to the office for advice either go unanswered or involve multiple intermediaries so that everything gets garbled coming and going.
