My visit with Dr. Lord was what I would have hoped for. She listened deeply to all that I had to say and presented next steps that aligned with my objectives. Her expertise is uncommon and I would recommend her highly.

This was my first visit with Doctor Lord. Dr. Lord explained my diagnosis to me and my husband. She was very informative and answered all questions and concerns about my diagnosis and treatment. It was A LOT; but she offered up the tissue box when I got tearful. She took her time. She let us take our time. Didn't feel rushed ever. I would recommend her to MS patients. Thank you Doc Lord!!
