I was 5 minutes late to my appointment and she did not want to see me. Apparently she had “just” updated her policy and if you are a minute passed your appointment time she will turn you away. It’s kind of weird to me that they said that is her own policy if it is not her own company she works under a company? Definitely will not be referring her for anyone.
