I had to get a crown that Dr. Hinshaw replaced after only 15 months of her fitting it. Lots of pain developed, gum irritation, etc. New dentists were shocked at how she fit crown. I needed periodontal surgery from her incomptence! Has now cost me thousands between what she charged along with fixing it all over again. Thank God for my new dentist who is thorough, empathetic, transparent, GENUINE and haven't had a single issue with the crowns she has done on me!!! friendly person Very friendly, professional and patient with my entire family. Early hours make it convenient for my work schedule. Dr. Nelson is a family dentist who is very caring with my children and they love her staff, especially the hygienists and the assistant. I am glad Dr. N works so hard for our community and reserves her time to treat each patient in such a caring manner.
patient I have always had an amazing experience at Nelson Family Dental. From the moment I sat in Dr. Nelson's chair I felt completely comfortable and at ease. Her staff is professional, caring and gentle. I have been in Dr. Nelson's office for 5 years and know she is excellent. My entire family goes to the office and she is excellent with children. She spends a lot of time making my kids feel completely at ease. The toy chest is a big hit!!! Definately go to this office. You won't regret it.
Love this office!! This office makes me feel so comfortable!!! I have always had excellent experiences each and every time I visit. I enjoy the practice because the entire staff goes above and beyond!! I never wait and Dr. Nelson is compationate, professional and caring. I have reccomended many friends and family members to see Dr. Nelson.
