I made the appointment for a hearing test and to discuss my hearing aids. We discussed new and improved aids. Also discussed different brands, their features and cost. Have another appointment to decide and get fitted for new aids,
I was going to Dr Brannon for few yrs and put effort into trying to help me hear better with my hearing aids. Twice she charged me for a $70 part that was not necessary. The place bought my aids cleaned them free and all good. She should know better.

Jennifer is really great - very helpful and above all - very kind and understanding.
I was there to update my hearing aids and take a hearing test top see if anything had changed. Dr Reynolds is very thorough and explains things very clearly. We reviewed new hearing aid options, she gave very straightforward reviews, and selected a new one.
Jennifer is very nice…explained things very well and is very patient…I enjoyed working with her.
Jennifer has made me feel as if she cares about my issue. She is professional and knowledgeable. Highly recommended.
